b) Late Cancellation
If an expert has been assigned but you decide to cancel the order, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will range from 70% to 100%, depending on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. c) Late Delivery

g) Content Originality Claims

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Bypassing the Platform: If you bypass our website and directly engage with the expert, we cannot verify the service provided, and no refund will be issued. All orders must be placed and processed through our platform to ensure quality control and eligibility for refunds.
Editing and Proofreading Services: For editing or proofreading orders, refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with stylistic changes or issues in the original content you provided. It is your responsibility to clearly specify your requirements.
Expired Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within six months of the original transaction date. Refunds cannot be processed after this period, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
4. Refund Process
